Merry New Year!!!

New fabric's have arrived. Shown here is Eco, a nice all over print with an earth friendly message on it. A couple of coordinates for Eco are available as well as new juvenile, novelty prints and blenders.

Hoffman's new Bali Pops are also here and some fun kits are in the works. And of course, new books, patterns and notions.

We have some great classes coming up. You can sign up for any of our classes in the shop or online.

First Friday Friends - create a new project each month with quick and easy piecing techniques. A new series of patterns from a different designer will be introduced.
Quilt Piecing in the Hoop - learn how to do more than embroidery with your hoop.
Binding Techniques - Rita Streimer is teaching various ways to bind your quilts.
Fabric Bowls - Take your left over scraps and turn them into a wonderful and usefull bowl.
Beginning Piecing - Pefect class for those new to quilting or just to brush up on your skills.
3D Flowers - Make fun flowers on your embroidery machine. These flowers are great embellishments on hats, purses and so much more.

In addition to classes there are other sewing opportunities such as Open Sew on Mondays and Wednesdays, 1, 2, 3 Day Sews, ASG, ConKerr Cancer for making pillowcases, as well as Project Linus

We are excited to have Peggy Martin here in February. You will learn her quick strip paper piecing technique while making the Wishing Star block. This is a class that you won't want to miss.
