SHIPPING
When you check out, the shipping charges on your order are only an estimate. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of order and are usually lower than the estimated cost.
We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes within the United States. For larger orders, we will ship either USPS or UPS. We will choose the least expensive method of shipment.
We can get about 4 yards of fabric in a small flat rate box for $5.50, 5 to 12 yards of fabric in a medium flat rate box for $11.50. Most orders over 12 yards of fabric or $115.00 will be shipped in a large flat rate box or UPS.
We will notify you if your shipping charges are more than the estimated amount or require special shipping.
We will email you when your order is shipped. We are not responsible for orders lost by USPS or UPS. If you are concerned, please ask us to add insurance to your order for an additional fee.
STORE POLICIES
No refunds on fabric, kits, patterns, or books. Notions may be returned only if packaging has not been opened or used.
If an item was sent in error or fabric was incorrectly cut, please email us stating the error immediately.
All sales are final 21 days after order was placed, unless prior arrangements have been made.
CLASS POLICY
Class fees are required at the time of registration. Phone reservations are okay with a credit card as is by mail with a check.
At five (5) days til class we guarantee attendance to the instructor. Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to class in order to receive a refund or credit - NO EXCEPTIONS!
We reserve the right to cancel if the minimum number is not met. At that time a refund or credit will be issued. Be certain to get your supply list at the time of registration.
